Suspended Platform

A massive façade pushes into the frame like the hull of a slow, silent ship. Horizontal decks and sealed windows jut out over the empty sky, their weight held in an uneasy balance between gravity and flight. In the deep shadows the building stops reading as architecture and becomes a spacecraft, a brutalist vessel preparing to leave the city behind. A quiet, dystopian study of form and absence, where human presence is reduced to a faint, unseen cargo.
